The Underperform name, logo, all t-shirt designs, website content, and copy are the intellectual property of Subscription Box Ltd. and are protected under applicable Bulgarian and EU intellectual property law.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content from this Website — in whole or in part — is prohibited. This includes screenshotting our designs and having them printed elsewhere. We will notice. Eventually.
What We Cannot Promise
We make every reasonable effort to ensure the information on this Website is accurate, complete, and up to date. However — and this will come as no surprise given our name — we cannot guarantee it is always perfect.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove content from the Website at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any damages arising from reliance on information published here, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
